I made a mistake when I place my order, since I'm using a forwarder I need to use the name they provided to ship my parcel but I made a mistake of putting my own name on the shipment and forgot a part of the address I needed to input when shipping to the forwarders, please help me fix it. 

I ordered it as a guest.
